And that is where MAS comes in. By bringing our skills and experience to a nonprofit organization we can help resolve specific difficulties, or help design smoother processes or help develop simpler and more effective controls and measurements.

Involvement is on a project-by-project basis;  however, once our volunteer consultants have worked with a client organization on one or more projects there often evolves a  longer, quite informal relationship between the consultant and the client - - perhaps no more than just lending an ear from time to time.
