VOLUNTEER CONSULTANTS SERVING TORONTO NONPROFITS

Our commitment of satisfaction

MAS is committed to ensuring that clients are completely satisfied with the services we provide. Through our recruitment practices we ensure that our volunteers are expertly qualified to perform the tasks they are assigned. In addition, along with training, we have an ongoing evaluation program, which not only reviews individual projects and volunteers to see if they met the objectives, but also provides us with information to improve our service.

When you request help from MAS, we will meet with you to determine the needs of your organization. If MAS cannot fully satisfy your needs, we will tell you and try to direct you to an alternative solution.

When a Volunteer Consultant is assigned to your project, both the consultant and the client sign an agreement outlining the agreed to objectives and time lines. Consultants can draw on not only their own expertise, but also that of other consultants, if required. At the end of the project, both the consultant and the client sign-off on the results achieved.

We know that effective consulting relationships are as much about personal relationships as they are about knowledge and skills. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the Volunteer Consultant assigned to you, you can contact us and we will find another Consultant. Your satisfaction is important and we will do everything we can to ensure that we meet your needs.
